With over 15 years of specialized experience in health, nutrition and technology, I’ve had the privilege of working across multiple sectors in the wellness space. From managing health technology programs at start-up companies to practicing functional medicine in both corporate wellness and private practice, my career has been driven by a focused commitment to enhancing patient behavior and consumer knowledge.
My clinical journey began in San Francisco, where I consulted clients for 7 years, specializing in GI issues and women’s health. During this time, I also served as the in-house dietitian for KKR, consulting with employees and presenting keynote lectures. I collaborated with industry-leading organizations like Hotel Tonight, Saks Fifth Avenue, Horsley Bridge Partners, Pinterest, and Square, offering strategic insights on nutrition and wellness and developed innovative nutrition programs.
Transitioning from private practice to the health technology space, I found my leadership skills sharpened through managing patient engagement and creating clinical nutrition programs. I supported user research, design, and implementation efforts end to end. I contributed to product development by integrating clinical insights, particularly in microbiome and diabetes-focused technology, while crafting consumer education content to make health more accessible.
As an experienced dietitian, I am passionate about leveraging my clinical expertise and creative energy to help brands communicate their message effectively.
